Vinod Somareddy, PT, DPT

CEO/Owner

Dr. Somareddy founded Reddy-Care Physical Therapy, PC in 2003 as a private physical therapy practice to deliver
physical therapy to our local community and physicians. He believes thorough evaluation, improved clinical decision
making and skill development are essential in creating success through physical therapy intervention.

Dr. Somareddy’s belief in education/research contributes to further analysis and promotion of our profession; creating a better environment for patient care. He believes patient focused care and education are the key components to client development. Vinod enjoys playing and watching baseball, traveling, exercise, music and study. His studies in self learning/improvement and education, professional endeavors, wellness and prevention are tenets to a goal of an improved condition.

Vinod’s belief in organizational expansion and growth has lead to prioritizing patient outcomes, care and the use of staff development as a means of effective management. Aside from being an active participate among educational programs, Vinod is one of eight board of trustees for the APTA’s, PT- PAC (Political Action Committee). Improvement, promotion and contribution to the profession of physical therapy are essential for its progressing and the vision of autonomous practice. Vinod believes that these tenets are essential to achieving our organizations future goals with progression of the physical therapy profession. Vinod enjoys lecturing on these matters, along with, clinical topics to tie in the importance balance of technical skill and administrative responsibility.

Allen Eshmoili, PT, MPT, OCS, CSCS

Vice President of Operations

Allen’s clinical interests are in orthopedic and sports injuries with a special interest in
low back disorders.

His approach to physical therapy is through a variety of manual skills and exercise
based treatments, which are evidence-based.

He strives for excellence and satisfaction with each client during each session.

He is always looking to further his clinical knowledge by taking advanced certification
courses and continuing education classes.

Throughout his academic and professional career, Allen has always been involved with the American Physical Therapy Association on a local, state, and national level. He has received numerous academic and professional awards, presented at several local and national conferences, authored articles about physical therapy practice, served as a center coordinator of clinical education at his last employment and was a reviewer for an anatomy textbook. Allen is also a Certified Strength and Condition Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. During his free time, Allen enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and watching football.

Allen is also an avid numismatist, collecting coins and currency from all over the world.

Stephanie Sepe, MSPT

Staff Physical Therapist

Stephanie graduated from Springfield College with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. She has a strong interest in orthopedics and sports physical therapy.

She had the opportunity to do a clinical affiliation at Champion Sports Medicine in Alabama with the renowned Dr. James Andrews and Kevin Wilk, PT, DPT. She has been an active member of the APTA since 2006. She plans to continue with her education and complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in December of 2010, as well as taking a variety of courses as she begins her career here at Reddy-Care Physical Therapy. Stephanie has enjoyed gymnastics since she was 4, and went from being a competitive gymnast to coaching gymnastics. She also enjoys softball and a variety of other sports, loves watching the Yankees, and enjoys photography.

Alan Palmer, DPT

Staff Physical Therapist

Dr. Alan Palmer is a graduate of the Long Island University Doctor of Physical Therapy program (2009) where he was recognized for achieving academic excellence from the Division of Physical Therapy. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science from Queens College. Alan worked as an ACE certified personal trainer and as a Physical Therapy Aide while pursuing his career in Physical Therapy.

He believes that a regular health and wellness program is essential to preventing and/or managing many of the ailments patients are faced with. He enjoys fitness, playing video games, watching and playing football, listening to music, drawing and reading. Alan is also an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).

Karen Chrappa, PT

Staff Physical Therapist

Karen has been practicing Physical Therapy for over 20 years. She provides a unique experience for patients by including various movement techniques to help the body recover and strengthen itself. She has Certifications in Pilates, Energy Medicine, and Thai Massage.

Karen currently works part-time for Reddy-Care. She enjoys spending personal time with her daughters when not at Reddy-Care. Karen is also actively involved with the APTA (American Physical Therapy Association).

Stylianos Liotopoulos, BS/MS, PTA

Staff Physical Therapist Assistant

Stelios has been a Physical Therapist Assistant for 15 years with background in manual orthopedic, trigger point therapy, sports and geriatric therapy. He is very dedicated and intuitive to his patients’ needs. He likes to try a variety of approaches which benefit and fit the needs of each individual patient.

Stelios originally came to Reddy Care Physical Therapy as a part-time employee and recently joined the team as full-timer. He enjoys playing and watching sports, listening to music, cooking and spending time with his family. In addition, Stelios is in the process of continuing his education to pursue his degree in physical therapy. Stelios is also actively involved with the APTA (American Physical Therapy Association)

Chia-Ling Wu, BS

Physical Therapy Technician

Chia-Ling started at Reddy-Care Physical Therapy with a deep passion for rehab and interest in learning about patient recovery. She has an innate desire to help educate people in maintaining total body health and to continuously learn and further her own knowledge of physical therapy. She plans to continue her studies and pursue a Graduate Degree in Physical Therapy in the coming year. In her spare time, Chia-Ling enjoys dancing, cooking and baking.

Beata Somareddy, MPA

Vice President of Administration

Beata’s focus and purpose is on creating a professional, efficient, and friendly healthcare environment. In developing Reddy Care Physical Therapy’s administrative framework, Beata took the viewpoint of assuring that all non-clinical matters are managed efficiently, thus turning the clients’ focus on their health. She feels that good administration is the backbone to effective delivery and directly assists in creating a healing environment that is focused on patient care. Her goals are to continue to provide this service to our clients and assure that RCPT can continue to provide a highly valuable service.

Beata enjoys traveling, fitness (Pilates), reading, and art. She takes time for continuing education (self and business), and would like to travel to exotic regions around the world to learn about various cultures.

Geraldine McWilliams

Receptionist/Biller

Geri has been working at Reddy-Care Physical Therapy since March 2004. She was the first hired Physical Therapist Technician and has personally experienced the quality service that has helped RCPT grow through the years. Geri was promoted to handling the medical billing in 2004 and in training to become the company’s next Vice President of Administration.

Geri’s purpose at Reddy Care Physical Therapy is to help people better themselves both physically and mentally – doing this from an administrative perspective. She enjoys spending time with her three children, as well as, walking, hiking in the mountains, and skiing/snow tubing during the winter.

Jasmin Rivera

Billing Assistant

Jasmin began working at Reddy-Care in the beginning of June 2008. She enjoys helping each client with whatever they may need. Jasmin started as a front desk receptionist and learned the various processes of a medical practice, especially regarding insurances and authorizations. She now utilizes this knowledge in our Billing Department where she works to get claims completely collected. Her interests include listening to music, watching movies and playing and watching sports.

Currently attending Queens College to obtain a certification in Medical Billing .

Christina Rivera

Receptionist

Christina began working at Reddy-Care Physical Therapy in May of 2008. She came to Reddy-Care with a passion for helping those in need and an interest in learning more about physical therapy and patient care. As a receptionist, Christina enjoys helping patients with scheduling as well as any other questions or concerns they may have. She believes that the key to patient success at Reddy-Care starts with a warm welcome and a desire to help fulfill the needs of every patient who walks through the door. Christina also believes the kindness and concern for our patients from the front desk contributes to making each patient’s experience at Reddy-Care Physical Therapy a great one. She enjoys listening to music, playing and watching basketball and baseball, as well as spending time with her friends and family.

Degree/School: Currently enrolled in her third year at Adelphi University, studying Psychology.

Wayne Norris, MBA

Establishment Officer

Wayne has over 20 years experience as a management consultant. Throughout his career he has worked for some of the world’s largest corporations and has extensive experience in organization and management.

Wayne heads up our Human Resources function, and is our Establishment Officer. He trains, organizes, sets up communication lines, and generally keeps the business organization established.

Wayne has also been an engineer and a stock broker. His personal time is spent playing with his grandchildren and helping others. He is very active in his church where he provides specialized counseling to help others attain spiritual freedom.

Patrick Flynn, BS

Vice President of Administration

Patrick started at Reddy-Care Physical Therapy as an intern to fulfill his health science program requirement. Throughout this time, he served as Physical Therapy Technician learning about the various treatments and patient communication matters. After his internship commitment was completed, he came on full-time to work for Reddy-Care as the Vice President of Public Relations.

Patrick’s desire to be in the physical therapy field is long standing. His participation in collegiate sports facilitated a keen interest in rehabilitation of clients and fueled a decision to become an advocate for Physical Therapy. Patrick gains much satisfaction informing various publics of how important quality physical therapy is and feels that this is an essential aspect in client and physician education/awareness.

Tarsjma (Taj) Cutchin

Billing Assistant

Taj has over 10 years of experience in the medical field. She’s worked in various settings/specialties and currently is our Medical Billing Assistant.

In her spare time, she enjoys watching documentaries, politics, PTA, community service, spending time as an environmental activist participating in Malverne Little League Committee, coaching sports, and anything that has to do with her son!

Taj is also a die hard NY Yankees and NY Giants fan.
