Our Simple Referral Process
Our referral process is quick and easy. Just give your patients our information and we will handle the rest!
- Think your patients can benefit from our service? Write up a script including the diagnosis and duration and give your patient our contact information.
- After your patient gives us a call, we will verify the patient’s benefits and get the physician referral if it is necessary.
- We will then schedule your patient for an evaluation. We ensure that we can schedule your patient’s appointment within 24 hours.
For specific requests we are also providing physicians with back office email addresses to the managers of our practice.
