Vinod
Somareddy, DPT
Founder
Dr. Somareddy founded Reddy-Care Physical Therapy, PC in
2003 as a private physical therapy practice to deliver
physical therapy to our local community and physicians. He
believes thorough evaluation, improved clinical decision
making and skill development are essential in creating
success through physical therapy intervention.
Dr.
Somareddy’s belief in education/research contributes to
further analysis and promotion of our profession; creating a
better environment for patient care. He believes patient
focused care and education are the key components to client
development. Vinod enjoys playing and watching
baseball, traveling, exercise, music and study. His
studies in self learning/improvement and education,
professional endeavors, wellness and prevention are tenets
to a goal of an improved condition.

Christopher Michels, MSPT
Vice President of Operations
Chris has been practicing manual physical therapy for eight
years
and was the first therapist to join the Reddy Care Physical
Therapy staff in early 2004
His purpose is to put people in touch with their
body’s innate healing ability and to educate them in how to
live a better quality of life free from pain and disease.
His passion for helping others continues to propel him
forward in his studies, along with a desire to become a
better person. His dream lies in the integration of body,
mind, and spirit through the use of therapeutic touch and
the healing arts. As a primary facilitator to training
clinical staff, Chris views education as a key element for
increasing professional responsibility and growth. His
interests in manual medicine, energy healing, alternative
medicine and spirituality, bring a valuable tool in
assisting clients along in their therapeutic process and
developing an organizational viewpoint of considering the
“whole person” in medical care.

Michael Zagare, MSPT
Staff Physical Therapist
Michael has developed a keen interest in manual therapy and
came to Reddy Care Physical Therapy to utilize evidence
based research to objectify his treatment options and
improve the functional abilities of our clients. His
certifications in Myo-fascial Release Therapy and
Kineotaping provide diverse treatment options that can
assist in handling various conditions. In his free time
Michael enjoys exercising, cooking, watching and engaging in
sports, and eating healthy. He brings his goal of healthy
living and wellness to our practice and strives to create
this effect in his clients.

Jonathan Krup, DPT
Staff Physical Therapist
Jon came to Reddy
Care Physical Therapy with a strong background in both
manual and exercise based therapy.
Jon is able to treat his
patients with a variety of approaches and he enjoys the
challenge of finding the right intervention for the right
patient at the right time.
He is a firm believer in the
importance of continuing education and utilizes every
opportunity as a learning experience to improve his skills
and deliver quality care.
Jon’s purpose at Reddy Care
Physical Therapy is to provide his patients with optimal
results and return them to a pain free state of functional
independence.
In his free time, Jon enjoys
being with his family, watching sports, listening to music,
attending concerts, cooking, and religious study.

Erin McNally, MSPT
Staff Physical Therapist
Erin has background and experience in manual and exercise
based therapy. She shares the enthusiastic commitment to
education embraced
by the rest of Reddy Care Physical
Therapy staff and is taking advantage of clinical training
to diversify her skills and expand treatment options to best
help client reach their optimal potential.
In addition to working at Reddy Care
Physical Therapy, Erin works 2 days a week in schools with
handicapped children. She also volunteers once a week as an
EMT with a volunteer ambulance corps.
After graduating from
the University of Scranton in 2004, Erin spent 2 years in
the Peace Corps in Turkmenistan from 2004-2006 working as a
community health educator, teaching English, leading youth
clubs, and working with the disable population in the
country.
Erin enjoys cooking and baking,
spending time at home, and Giant’s football. She has been
bitten by the travel bug, has enjoyed the privilege of
seeing parts of Europe and Asia, and anticipates future
opportunities to experience more of the world.

Beata Somareddy, MPA
Vice President of Administration
Beata’s focus and purpose is on creating a professional,
efficient, and friendly health care environment. In
developing Reddy Care Physical Therapy’s administrative
framework, Beata took the viewpoint of assuring that all non
clinical matters are managed efficiently, thus turning the
clients focus on their health. She feels that good
administration is the backbone to effective delivery and
directly assists in creating a healing environment, focused
on patient care. Her goals are to continue to provide this
service to our clients and assure that RCPT can continue to
provide a highly valuable service.
Beata enjoys traveling,
fitness (Pilates), reading, and art. She takes time for
continuing education (self and business), and would like to
travel to exotic regions around the world and learn about
various cultures.

Patrick Flynn, BS
Vice President of Public Relations
Patrick started at Reddy-Care Physical Therapy as an
intern to fulfill his health science program
requirement. Throughout this time, he served as Physical
Therapy Technician learning about the various treatments and
patient communication matters. After his internship
commitment was complete, he came on full-time to work for
Reddy-Care as the Vice President of Public Relations.
Patrick’s desire to be in the physical therapy field is long
standing. His participation in collegiate sports
facilitated a keen interest in rehabilitation of clients and
fueled a decision to become an advocate for Physical
Therapy. Patrick gains much satisfaction informing various
publics of how important quality physical therapy is and
feels that this is an essential aspect in client & physician
education/awareness.

Shannon Burke
Director of Communications
Shannon has been in the medical field for over a decade and
takes pride in helping patients feel at ease when they come
to our office. As the front desk administrator, she has a wide
base of knowledge on insurance matters, scheduling and how
to be a stable point of communication for clients who have
questions on non-clinical matters. Sharing the common goal
of Reddy Care Physical Therapy, Shannon cares enough about
the well being of our clients that she assures that non
clinical matters are handled and not a limiting factor in
rehabilitation. Her interests include charcoal drawing,
cooking, reading, music, sports (Pittsburgh Steelers
Football & New York Yankees Baseball) and movies.

Geraldine McWilliams
Billing
Officer
Geri has been working at Reddy-Care Physical Therapy since
March 2004. She was the first hired Physical Therapist
Technician and has personally experienced the quality
service that has helped RCPT grow through the years. Geri
was promoted to handling the medical billing in 2004 and in
training to become the company’s next Vice President of
Administration.
Geri’s purpose at Reddy Care Physical Therapy is to help
people better themselves both physically and mentally -
doing this from an administrative perspective. She enjoys
spending time with her three children, as well as, walking,
hiking in the mountains, and skiing/snow tubing during the winter.

John Barry, BS
Physical Therapy Technician
As a Physical Therapy Technician, John enjoys interacting
patients and being a part of their activities. In addition,
his study in the field of exercise science has given him a
keen understanding of exercise and body movement. This
education has created an avenue for proper education and has
allowed him to become a significant contributor in the field
of exercise science. John enjoys playing and watching
baseball, football, basketball, and golf. He possesses
a keen interest in health, fitness, and exercising.

Jesse Liang
Marketing Assistant
Like
our other technicians, Jesse has a desire to help clients
and contribute to their success. He feels that his
experience at RCPT has contributed to his development as a
health care provider and merits this to overall learning
environment at RCPT. His desire to become a Physical
Therapist has increased during his time and he anticipates
further study along this route. Jesse enjoys to working
out, building computers and playing the guitar. Jesse is
currently studying at Binghamton University and will return
to Reddy Care Physical Therapy during breaks and vacations.

Physical Therapy Technician
Chia-Ling started at Reddy-Care Physical Therapy with a deep
passion for rehab and interest in learning about patient
recovery. She has an innate desire to help educate people in
maintaining total body health and to continuously learn and
further her own knowledge of physical therapy. She plans to
continue her studies and pursue a Graduate Degree in
Physical Therapy in the coming year. In her spare time,
Chia-Ling enjoys dancing, cooking and baking.

KAREN
BRUHERT, BA
Mailing Officer
Karen is a full-time 7th/8th
grade teacher and works part-time for Reddy-Care Physical
Therapy.
She has been with the company
for a while now on a part-time basis and was one of the main
coordinators of Reddy-Care first ever Health Expo.
She was initially brought to
Reddy-Care by having her mother here for treatment.
She loved the atmosphere and the
practice so much that she immediately wanted to do whatever
she could to make more people aware of our outstanding
services.
Her purpose is make doctors, physical
therapists and the general public (and other publics) aware
of the different services and programs that are offered at
Reddy-Care Physical Therapy.
Karen enjoys walks
on the beach, watching sunsets, listening to music, energy
work, aromatherapy, reading and “playing” on the computer.
She is also a trained/certified
Reike Master and proudly provides this intervention to her
clients as a means of increasing their well being.

Nicholas Scalera, BA
Accounting and Payroll Officer
Nicholas has been
active in the accounting field for over 9 years.
He is experienced in a wide
variety of industries and has an acute understanding of the
accounting needs of Medical services.
Nicholas has been working with
Reddy-Care Physical Therapy since it’s inception in
2003. His duties at Reddy-Care
include payroll, accounts payable, budgeting, business
planning, and tax.
His objectives are to keep the
financial end
of the business running smoothly
and diligently performing all of Reddy-Care’s accounting
needs.
