Free Transportation Program


For many members in our community, driving can become more difficult due to medical conditions. Others find that driving is a safety hazard and can lead to further disability. These are serious obstacles that can prevent members of our community from obtaining health care services they need. Reddy-Care Physical Therapy a transportation program to address these concerns. Our mission at Reddy-Care Physical Therapy is to provide a courtesy service to members of our community who cannot transport themselves to physical therapy

How to Get Transportation

  • Call 516-829-0030 and mention you need transportation.
  • We schedule your appointment and verify your pick up time.
  • We pick you up for your first visit and determine a schedule for your therapy.
  • No insurance or personal fee involved.
