“I started working for Reddy Care Physical & Occupational Therapy, May 2009. I was 17 at the time and just completing my final year of high school. When I took the job, it was just supposed to be a summer position. Fast forward 9 years later and I am now a Doctor of Physical Therapy and the Clinical Director of our Great Neck office. What I have learned the past 9 years is invaluable. Not only have I excelled clinically in my field with numerous certifications, but I have built stronger interpersonal skills and learned how to run a business."

~Dr. Stephanie Idjadi, DPT, CAFS, FMT

“My desire to work in a rewarding profession and have the chance to make a positive difference to someone’s quality of life is what attracted me towards a career in Physical Therapy. For me, it’s a wonderful feeling to wake up and do something I am truly passionate about. I get just as excited, if not more when a patient does or tells me something they have been able to accomplish/improve since starting PT. Personally, working as an In Home Physical Therapist has helped me professionally grow and become more independent, liable and organized. RCPT, however, has made my In Home Therapy experience a great one. From day one, everyone at RCPT has presented themselves with a positive and friendly attitude. Also, as an In Home Physical Therapist, we rely a lot on collaborative teamwork, and so far, everyone at RCPT has been very dependable whenever I have needed assistance.”

~Dr. Franklin O. Sinchi, PT, DPT

I graduated from Manhattan College with my undergraduate degree in 2014, where I received my BS in Exercise Science with a Biology minor. I was a Division 1 athlete on the women’s lacrosse team, where I began to find my passion for sports injuries and rehabilitation of orthopedic injuries. I completed my graduate education at CUNY Hunter College, where I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017. Since graduating, I have been working in an outpatient setting with varying age levels and orthopedic injuries. I have recently moved from my home in northern New Jersey to Long Island, and am excited about my next chapter here on the island! Prior to working for Reddy Care, I was working at an outpatient orthopedic clinic with high-level athletes on return-to-sport rehabilitation at both the high school and collegiate level. I enjoy working with patients of all ages and am interested in orthopedic injuries of all kinds.

~Dr. Maria Toscano, PT, DPT

I have been a therapist since 1992 primarily in private practice specializing in general orthopedic care with a focus on neck and back-related issues.  I graduated from SUNY at Stony Brook for Physical Therapy and hold degrees in Physical Education from Adelphi University and the Wingate Institute in Israel. I speak Hebrew, Spanish and French which is helpful in communicating with my patients. Having a varied background of living abroad, serving in the military and participating in different sports helps me understand people better and put them more at ease. As I get closer in age to my patients, I understand where they are coming from better and what they want to maintain in their functional abilities to stay active and vital.

~ Russell J. Poker, PT

I became a physical therapist to connect with people and help them reach their functional goals. Creating positive results in people's lives is the most rewarding and fulfilling part of being a physical therapist. After graduating from Rutgers University 3 years ago, I set my sights on doing home therapy with Reddy Care because I work best under close interactions with my clients. I find a great sense of purpose and fulfillment in helping people realize that they can do so much more than they think they can. Physical therapy is a diverse and rapidly growing profession and I cannot wait to see what else is in store for me and my clients in the future.

~ Dr. Anthony Ng, PT, DPT
