The ultimate goal of ergonomic physical therapy is to improve your functional mobility and productivity while minimizing the risk of injuries.

They can also teach specific exercises to strengthen the muscles that support good posture, promoting long-term health benefits. In addition, your physical therapist can observe how you normally sit or stand. After that, they can identify how your usual posture may be affecting your joints, bones, or physical health.
