Your doctor may recommend lab, imaging, or other medical tests to find the cause of your pelvic pain. The treatment will depend on the cause, how bad the pain is, and how often it occurs. Physical therapists are movement experts. Physical therapy can help patients who are experiencing pelvic pain.

Physical therapists can manage symptoms of pelvic pain and restore strength, flexibility, range of motion and function to the muscles and joints. At Reddy Care Physical, Occupational and Aquatic Therapy, your physical therapist will evaluate you and design a unique treatment plan tailored specifically for you and your needs. Your physical therapy treatment plan may include strengthening exercises, stretches, correcting your posture, exercise rehabilitation, massage therapy and manual therapy.
