Reddy Care is offering E- Visits!

Physical and Occupational Therapy telehealth

What is E-Visits?

The Health Resources Services Administration defines telehealth as the use of electronic information and telecommunications technologies to support long-distance clinical health care, patient and professional health-related education, public health and health administration.

Reddy Care is beginning to offer this service to our patients to ensure that they continue care during this pandemic. Our Physical and Occupational Therapists have the ability to video conference (a two-way video) their patients for their visits.

During this video conference, the therapist will be able to speak with the patients about how they are currently feeling, coach them on the exercises that will benefit them as well as view videos on how to properly perform the exercises. Video conferencing has the ability to have that face to face time with your therapist while being in separate locations.

This virtual care will ensure that our patients do not become deconditioned from not being active for an extended period of time while keeping our patients and providers safe. We do not intend to replace our in-person hand to hand treatments, however, this is an amazing option for the time being.
