The Solo Step

The Solo Step is designed to prevent patients from falling while also aiding and encouraging their balance during gait. This overhead track and harness system instills confidence in patients to facilitate recovery from neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. It provides support during all aspects of therapy, including sit-to-stand, ambulation/gait, balance training and climbing stairs. Patients are able to challenge themselves by walking forward, backward and on uneven surfaces without the fear of falling.

The Solo Step can be used by any patient who struggles with walking, fear of falling, or needs confidence to reach their next milestone. There are many types of patients who can benefit from using the Solo Step such as:

The Solo Step improves your balance, gait, mobility and strength. The Solo Step Track System helps physical therapists step away from their patients with a hands off approach with no fear of the patient falling. This state of the art equipment gives your therapist the ability to view your total body alignment with ease.

Our physical therapists want to help their patients progress at a faster rate with less fear of falling. If you feel you or a loved one could benefit from The Solo Step, call our office today!
