Range of motion (ROM) describes the distance and direction a joint can move. Different types of joints have different ranges of motion. Limited range of motion happens when a joint or a body part can’t reach its normal range of motion.
The Kinesis wall is a cable-cross piece of equipment that allows patients to do an infinite range of natural exercises to challenge your strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. Kinesis workouts help to strengthen legs, stabilize hips, back muscles, chest and arms. Instead of the body following the machine such as in traditional weight training, Kinesis follows the body, allowing for free range of natural movement with no compromise to resistance. A number of elements can be combined to modify the difficulty level of movements and add diversity to each workout.
