Low Back Pain Treatment At Home

Low Back Pain is one of the most common musculoskeletal conditions experienced by older adults. Often Low Back pain leads to inactivity, poor posture, compensations, and poor movement patterns. For older adults, inactivity can lead to decreased strength, poor balance, increased risk of falls and decline in health status. An article titled “Paradigm Shift in Geriatric Low Back Pain Management: Integrating Influences, Experiences, and Consequences” elaborates on the consequences of Low back pain resulting in decreased activity levels which can spark a negative downward cycle of health risks leading to physical decline and morbidity.

However, skilled Physical therapy intervention can help to decrease low back pain, increase activity and confidence and improve overall health status. For Older Adults, it may be hard to attend physical therapy sessions in a clinic 2-3x/week. We have a simple solution for that – LET US COME TO YOU!

Reddy Care offers physical therapy for lower back pain treatment at home. Highly trained physical therapists bring their skills, techniques, and equipment found in the clinic right into your home. We can provide an individualized plan of care to decrease pain and increase strength which can lead to better posture, balance, and confidence resulting in increased activity levels in your home and when out in your community.

We would love to bring the benefits of skilled Physical therapy to you and help you get back to doing the things you love!
